Editorial Policy

How Bodybuilding Insight develops, sources, updates, and corrects educational fitness guides.

Bodybuilding Insight training publication

Reader-first purpose

Each guide should answer the reader's question early, provide practical lifter-focused guidance, and state the limits that could change a decision. Generic encouragement, exaggerated promises, and unsupported certainty do not belong in health or training advice.

Sources and evidence

Health, supplement, recovery, injury, and nutrition claims should link to appropriate sources such as government health agencies, professional medical organizations, peer-reviewed research, or clearly identified expert guidance. A source should support the nearby claim; a list of unrelated links is not enough.

Research findings are described with their limits. One study does not establish a universal rule, and results from a narrow population may not apply to every lifter.

Practical guidance

Training pages should include examples, progressions, common mistakes, and conditions for reducing or stopping. Calculators should show assumptions and avoid false precision. Supplement pages should address interactions, contamination, sport rules, and groups who need qualified guidance.

Health boundaries

Articles are educational. They do not diagnose an injury, interpret a lab result for an individual, prescribe treatment, or replace medical care. Warning signs and uncertainty should be stated clearly enough that a reader knows when a training adjustment is not sufficient.

Dates and substantial updates

Publication and modification dates should reflect meaningful editorial work. Rebuilding a page without changing its substance is not treated as a new editorial update.

Corrections

Material errors should be corrected in the page and the modification date changed when the correction alters the guidance. Readers can report a possible error to webmaster@bodybuildinginsight.com with the page URL, disputed passage, and supporting source.

Commercial independence

Bodybuilding Insight does not present paid placement as editorial advice. If sponsorships, affiliate relationships, or provided products affect a page in the future, that relationship should be disclosed where it matters to the reader's judgment.
